Process

The process begins with being accepted into the BizTech community.  The Acceptance includes an overall Business Assessment including interview(s), business review, and the Entrepreneur(s) completing several WBCNA courses or equivalent from other sources.  A successful Acceptance will include an assigned Mentor and being placed in the appropriate stage of the “StartUp2Launch” Program.  The Mentor will be the Client’s primary advocate, advising and recommending appropriate BizTech subject-matter Advisors and educational courses/seminars offered by BizTech or its consortium partners.

Results

BizTech has helped support, train and develop 100s of companies since its beginning in 1997.  The results have been 1-2 companies graduating into a profitable business each year!

Twenty-one Companies have successfully launched from BizTech – not including dozens that were supported via training, mentoring, etc. who were not residents, those only needing advice along the way.
